Recommended Use:

• Use a pearl-sized drop of Oxyfresh Toothpaste and brush your teeth at a 45-degree angle with the bristles toward the gum line. Continue in a gentle, circular motion for two to three minutes.
• Be sure to brush your tongue, cheeks, and the roof of your mouth.
• Expectorate excess toothpaste but do not rinse with water.
• Refrain from rinsing, eating or drinking for 30 minutes.
• Don't forget to floss! Ask your dentist or hygienist for a refresher course.
• Brush teeth thoroughly after meals, or at least twice a day, as instructed by a dentist.
